Thank god for the Mercury Retro. Contrary to what you are probably thinking right now, I do mean it. You often hear about the electronic “errors” at this time, but we seldom think about how this is actually the machines in our environment responding to our emotional levels. They aren’t just “Things” but objects that can, will, and Do respond to the energy that surrounds them…that’s us and everything else, especially whatever is closest. A lot of people have never even been, but I live in NYC, one of the word’s largest cities, and I can tell you there is enough Chaos and Energy in this here that sometimes it takes all your mental effort to just cross the street. The sheer level of intentions crossing your path at any given time (especially like now) can scramble your feet….but lead you to a step you might never have taken.

I’m talking about real opportunity that comes from being thrown off track. That Jolt that enlivens, brings life to, all. As Mercury heads backwards we get a second look at what has been, giving us a completely different vantage point, and more avenues at our feet. Choices. While jumping in right now with both feet can easily be a disaster, this is when we must focus on what Can be done. A personal focus and mental level that can easily draw us to distraction emerges…and more chaos and choices bubble up! The key is to remain in focus, self awareness is king.

The overall picture right now is tempting us with being able to make the connections…. it’s the Others that are involved right now that becomes the key focus… like the knowing that you can’t move ahead alone, that the “crew” by your side needs just as much attention as your own personal plans. There is an unmistakable element of Elevation at work here… simply by lifting up, putting a focus on, those around you -we are then given a personal level of elevation at the same time.

There is a great element of stimulus here, and we can only expect this to be an intense and emotionally stimulating time….the bar is raised, along with the stakes…but this is mostly in the emotional feeling way, not necessarily reality, but expected to alter it… a reminder to take a breath and then another one…It’s the time and space injected right now is the priceless pause that doesn’t fan the fire when there is this much Fuel around! Enjoy the Spice, it makes the Life!
