This week there's going to be a tendency to outthink yourself. You can have a bunch of possibilities running through your head, often trying to plot out what others might do, but more often than not you're going to miss the obvious answer in search of something more “genius”. You can let the desire to prove others wrong trump the need for you to be right.

Also factoring into the mix is the need to establish your own place among your peers. There can be power struggles, and this means there can be an increase in gossip and mobilizing one group against another. It's important for you to watch your own back, but you also shouldn't go out there trying to destroy the people around you. When this happens, you yourself open yourself up to be a target.

In all, there can be an increase in the pressure in the situations going on around you, but you can choose to take the high road. Look to try to be a uniting force rather than a divisive one, and try to keep what's best for the group in mind. When you're working for the benefit of everybody, you're not going to have people trying to drag you down. Best of luck.

There's a need to blaze your own trail right now, but this isn't going to win you a ton of allies. You still have to avoid throwing others under the bus though, because others will tend to unearth dirt on you that you'd prefer stay silent if possible. Many of your decisions will be based upon protecting certain people close to you, but you can only do so much. At some point you have to let others deal with their own issues.
