Getting things out into the open is a huge portion of the present energy. Everyone is going to have things they're dealing with behind the scenes; these types of stressful things can have an impact on how people relate to each other and can shape the tone of our personal interactions. When we keep these things hidden, it's the sort of thing that cause others to not see where we're coming from, our emotional states and it blurs usually apparently lines which we don't want to see crossed. So if you're dealing with someone and they start acting out of sorts, there's probably something deeper going on with them.

At the same time, being emotionally available for others can make a big difference. You're going to want to aim to defuse volatile situations and be supportive when others seem like they need it. Being a good friend or acquaintance can build up a lot of rapport with others. This energy isn't going to be as intense as the day moves along, but you can still make your mark on others with the things you do and say. As long as you're keeping things positive, you should be able to be productive and help keep your relationships steady. Best of luck.

There's a stronger level of aggression that can come out here, especially in your dealings with others. It's going to help you out a lot if you don't try to "win" interactions with people. When everyone's benefitting, you're going to benefit as well. If you give in to feelings of greed or selfishness though, you'll be causing strains on others and you can expect some backlash. Try to look at things from more of a group-based perspective.
