The inner nature of the energy is opposition, as the Sun conflicts with Uranus. There will be some content to roll with the status quo, and some who see stagnation as something that's terrible for everyone. You'll notice as the day goes along that people might seem a little bit more ornery and steadfast in their beliefs. This isn't a great time to try and persuade others to do things that they don't want to do.

At the same time, as the Mercury retro cycle winds down and this energy moves towards fazing out, you want to keep an eye on the future, the things you've learned recently and how they're going to impact the future that you want to see. The potential for growth is going to be pretty solid moving ahead, but it relies on us to learn from what we've seen before and applying those lessons to make sure we improve upon the past.
