They were based on 'ideas' rather than solid realities... That doesn't mean that many of those ideas were 'bad' though... It's more that they were not built upon a solid foundation.

To turn them from the Pisces Age 'perception' ideas to the Aquarian Age's 'practical and efficient' realities.
