Today We Start our Lives Anew..!!
Today's chart has that 'busy-busy-busy' kind of vibe where we have 'things to do, places to go and people to see'... But... (pointing to my butt)... hehe... With a newly Retrograde Mercury this is when we need to slow down and to really stop and think our words and actions through very carefully.
This can be a great time for social activities as long as we avoid getting pulled into heavy or deep conversations... It is also not the time to make (or accept) verbal promises... If it is serious, get any agreements in writing... Yes, I know this is something we all know we should do... But sometimes we do not want to 'offend' the other person (as if we do not trust them) so the idea is to put it back onto you and say something like I just want to get this written down in case "I" forget what we are agreeing to... (or something like that)... You know the drill... hehe...
With the Sun now in Taurus and aligned with the North Node, this is when the events that take place right now will have a powerful impact on our future... Especially with things that may seem insignificant at the moment... It may be those things that become a major issue later on.

So... Have fun with this retro... Give yourself extra 'travel time' in getting to places... Keep the vibe 'light and bright'... Make it very clear (even if it's obvious) when you are goofin' and/or playin' so others cannot possible take things the wrong way... Most of you know the language I'm speakin' as we go through this kind of retro energy a few times every year.
Today's energy is all about lookin' forward to future wants and needs and to do the things now to obtain what is needed because if you wait too long those things may not be there for you later on... (just sayin')... I 'Spose this is when the Boy Scout's motto of "Be Prepared" would really apply.
It definitely IS NOT the time to make purchases that are personal... Like clothing or things like that... If you look in your closet and see things you've never worn, chances are it was purchased when Merc was retro... (just sayin')... It can be a very good time to make purchases on 'Big Ticket' items though... You just have to make sure you do your homework to establish what the real/true value of an item may be... You'll feel the vibe when you find yourself at the right places at the right times... When others may say or do things that give you the exact answer to what you've been lookin' for.
