Lots of decisions seem easy in the moment; it's time that make them difficult. Breaking a bad habit for instance can be pretty simple the first day. However, on day 2 it might be a little tougher, and as you go, as things out there in the world might lead you closer to reverting to the bad habit, it takes more resolve to stick with it. A lot of time, it's this fear of time that causes people to avoid changing in the first place.

The current energy can make it tougher to stick with things we've set out to do lately and this is where we have to find that internal strength to keep on the path we've set for ourselves. If something is important enough to you, this will be a lot easier - there's a mental leverage point you can fall back on. It's those things that aren't as important to you that will tend to fall off here. So be careful as you go through the day, and try to avoid putting yourself in tempting scenarios where you might undo a bunch of the progress you've made lately. Best of luck.

You can look to talk through any issues you currently have going on, which can be somewhat effective. The big thing here is that you aren't going to solve most of your problems in a day - many of the things you're currently dealing with can take a more extended effort than that. But you have to start somewhere, so the goal is to either get started (or continue on with recent changes) and ultimately to let them take root so they become the new routines. There can be some strong personal shifts here away from what you've always done, but these can be beneficial (even if others don't understand them right away).
