We're winding down our Mercury retro cycle, and as we do, it's chilling along with Pluto for a little while until it gets moving again. In a way, this energy is kind of like going on a long car ride with a couple people to somewhere you haven't been before, but maybe you've heard about it, and you're discussing what you think you're going to experience once you get there. There's a good amount of projection in the chart, trying to think about what is in store. You might have some questions; other people might try to answer them, but even they might not totally be sure. There's elements of nervous anticipation at times, but there's also some underlying excitement at the prospects as well. Remember that when something is new (even if it's not necessarily easy), there's also opportunity within it.

It might not always be the smoothest chart to navigate, and you don't want to put too much stock in your predictions. But having an idea of what might come next usually gets you closer to the goal in terms of preparedness, and preparedness is always a strong asset to have when you're dealing with more mentally driven energies like the current one. So don't rush into things; think them through and try to put yourself in the best positions possible, because even if you have to adapt, being ready for different outcomes makes that much more manageable. There's this element to this energy where you might want it all, but getting everything your way can be real difficult to obtain. You can tend to get emotional about these things (for some, it might lead to acting like a child and throwing a fit). Showing some maturity on that end will go a long way. Other than that, it's a good time to be grateful for the aspects of situations that do work out in your favor. You might not get everything you wanted, but realistically, you could end up with a good deal of what you were looking for and that's not too bad.
