Daily Horoscope for Aquarius Summary

There is a new moon in Leo on 8/8. There are so many aspects to it that it cannot help but be life and world changing! And the energy of it lasts far longer than the weekend. Perhaps the other shoe is finally about to drop! In addition to the magic of all new moons, it will be taking place during the Lions Gate Portal. The eighth day of the eighth month of every year celebrates the rising of the star Sirius, the brightest in the sky next to the Sun. Sirius is twice the size of our Sun and 26 times brighter—no wonder this rare alignment has such a high vibe. The Lions Gate portal with the new moon in Leo can really only mean one thing: intention-setting time! The moon is a symbol of your unconscious and emotional world, the sun is your ego and physical identity. And this new moon is opposite Saturn and square Uranus, who also square each other.

If the Saturn-Uranus squares this year have caused the collapse of something in your life, it was because it was no longer for your highest good. The conjunction of the moon to the Sun in Leo motivates you to be the best you can be. Mercury the messenger will be close to this new moon in Leo and can help you get clear about how you want to change.

Jupiter now retro in Aquarius may cause you to want to rebel against something. With Saturn also retro in Aquarius, we see the areas in our lives where we have been keeping ourselves stuck because we do not want to change. I hate to burst your bubble but whether you are ready for change or not, the new moon square Uranus will cause surprising upsets. Something else to keep in mind is the number of fixed signs here. The tension from these incredibly stubborn energies leads us into the awesome climax ahead. Whether you look at it from a worldwide or personal standpoint, something we have kept hidden is being revealed.

There may be surprising chaos or sudden endings. But see this as an opportunity to tap into the brave energy of the sign of Leo. You were born for this, and you are here for a reason. Do not forget it! The scopes this weekend will tell you where the Lions Gate Portal falls in your chart and what you should be focusing on manifesting on this powerful new moon.

The Daily Horoscope for Aquarius

You are a reflection of the people you surround yourself with. The new moon will bring new beginnings to all your relationships. With both Jupiter and Saturn retro in your sign, you are likely to feel a sense of restriction. Do not be discouraged and make sure you do not project this onto a significant other. Moon square Uranus could create a bit of chaos if you reject the changes taking place.

Daily Tao

The great Tao is like a flood
It can flow to the left or to the right

The myriad things depend on it for life, but it never stops
It achieves its work, but does not take credit
It clothes and feeds myriad things, but does not rule over them

Ever desiring nothing
It can be named insignificant
Myriad things return to it but it does not rule over them
It can be named great

Even in the end, it does not regard itself as great
That is how it can achieve its greatness
